Design and develop control systems for industrial automation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure the control system meets those requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for control systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues with control systems and provide effective solutions.
Participate in the testing and commissioning of control systems at customer sites.
Provide technical support for ongoing projects and customer service
Continuously improve control system design and programming practices.
Represent the company in discussions with customers and industry experts.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in control system design and development.
Strong understanding of control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and industrial networking protocols.
Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in control.

Familiarity with electrical and control system design, including schematic capture and circuit design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
