Roles and Responsibilities:
- Validating and maintaining Engineering Change Management Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Editing and/or Creating Engineering Drawings
- Daily tracking of workflow documents within an Enterprise Resource Planning system
- The ability to interpret information from supplier
- Create Work Instructions
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Great organization skills
- Bachelor of Science within an Engineering discipline
- The ability to complete tasks within a complex project
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- SAP
- NX
- Microsoft Excel (Including VBA), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
