What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Technician position at Quest Trucking?
Awesome rotating work schedule - 4 days working then 4 days off.
8 am to 8 pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Exempt salary (meaning you don't have to clock in/out)
Paid weekly on Fridays by Direct Deposit
Eligible for 40 hours paid time off (vacation) for remaining of the year 2021

With a Team of Shop Techs manage a fleet of 150 semi-trucks and trailers:
- Check tires, and tread depth, replace when needed
- Check brakes, replace when needed
- Install equipment in trucks, i.e. qualcom, inverters
- Prioritize repairs/maintenance to meet service schedules
- Look for damage or other repairs that may need outside service
- Must be SAFETY conscientious, and able to identify and resolve problems
