Marketing Manager – full time Hybrid partially in office schedule (in office 2-3 days a week)
Job Overview:
Questech is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager with experience managing creative, digital advertising, and product development projects to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the details of all creative services and new product project requests that flow through the organization, from initial requests to completion and delivery. They will serve as the primary manager of project information with a focus on ensuring that all stakeholders from managers to creatives are involved at the appropriate times, keeping projects moving in a timely, efficient, high-quality, and collaborative manner. They will leverage project management software to assign tasks and develop project timelines to keep people informed and on task.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Creative Management:
Manage all marketing, brand, and creative projects, comfortable being the primary facilitator of internal communication regarding the development of timelines, project scope, budgets, and identifying stakeholders.
Work across all departments to develop Creative Service Requests (CSRs) and Marketing Briefs that reflect the project details
Creative direction and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives across all customer channels
Manage the marketing budget
Liaise with Operations on all aspects of new product launches ensuring product quality and accuracy of product packaging and execution, prior to shipping
Working with project management software to effectively manage project workflows
Creation of graphic content and digital assets using Adobe programs and Canva Teams
Ensure that the creation of content adheres to each customer or Marketplace’s Terms of Service and best practices
Creative content and digital asset file management on our server and our online platforms, and ensuring documents are clearly labeled and identified
Collaboration across departments to identify and outline process workflows
Manage social media content creation, calendars, and planning
Product Planning & Reporting:
Generate and facilitate marketing and product planning meetings
Work with product teams to develop yearly/quarterly new product plans that align with market trends and growth opportunities within our categories
Monitor and report all competitive activities in the market to identify opportunities
Assists in set benchmarks, and maintaining key marketplace KPI’s for each channel
Leverage data available to support the creation of Monthly and Quarterly reports
Qualifications & Skills:
3 years of combined marketing, digital content creation and project management experience
Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree (Marketing or Business preferred) in related field
Direct-to-consumer digital marketing experience is a plus
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and ability to grasp how they fit into the overall story and reporting.
Tech-savvy and able to figure out technology solutions on your own
Proactive, creative thinker; able to work independently to produce quality results
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion
Strong oral and written communication skills
Project Management Certification would be beneficial
Programs & Software:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform Vlookups, pivot tables, and create charts.
Adobe Cloud program experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
WordPress and or website HTML experience
Knowledge of project management software
CMS and DAM knowledge beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
