Quick Fix Real Estate is looking for an experienced sales manager with experience in face-to-face sales. The Quick Fix Real Estate sales team is an exceptional in-home sales team that seeks out high-performing A-players to hit our company goals. As a sales manager at Quick Fix Real Estate, you will:
- Set performance targets and positional expectations
- Review and enhance the sales process
- Interview, hire and train new acquisition reps
- Coach your salespeople to consistently use the process and hit targets
- Consistently demonstrate strong sales abilities in the field
On a weekly basis, you will:
- Meet with acquisition reps to provide feedback, support, and training
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a weekly basis
- Implement development and performance plans
- Develop incentives to drive performance
- Manage day-to-day performance of sales reps and deliver reviews
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience
- 4+ years of face-to-face sales experience
- Familiarity with SPIN sales process
- Excellent coaching skills; ability to observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback
- Strong organization and leadership skills
Desired qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Understanding of remote management for multiple offices

- Management of calendar and priorities
- Consistent work ethic with a high level of personal accountability
