Job Summary:
Our Regional Recruiter will work regionally as part of the Recruiting Department to assist Store Leaders in staffing existing and new stores. We are looking for a candidate that loves recruiting and takes pride in finding the best candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Attract great candidates for our team by posting job ads and going out into the field
· Screen resumes and applications for qualifications in relation to position requirements.
· Attend hiring events on behalf of Quick Quack Car Wash.
· Develop a strong talent pipeline of current candidates. Actively identify potential talent through various methods including passive sourcing and extensive networking.
· Proactively source, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to leaders.
· Highly engaging personality and a great communicator
· Organized individuals with great follow-up are a must
· Attending Ribbon Cutting events, providing additional assistance on site
· Weekly regional travel to multiple stores for interviews and check-in
· Responsible for building relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce
· Conducting new hire orientations and team building (Usually held after hours)
· Work proactively on reducing company turnover and improving retention
· Bi-Quarterly out of state travel to help in other regions as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws as it relates to the hiring process.
· Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and laws as it relates to the hiring process (ex: Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.)
· Ability to manage high volume workload with competing and changing priorities.
· Must be able to travel to various locations in the region.
· Proven record of success with a variety of recruiting methods
· Has demonstrated history of strong interviewing and hiring practices.
· Strong communication skills and ability to actively follow up with Store Leaders and candidates.
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must have clean driving record a valid driver's license.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
