Compensation
Salary: $50,000-$70,000/year Profit Sharing and Bonuses (Based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to explain repairs process, complete work authorization forms, set clear expectations with costumers for their projects, and sale the customer on our services.
- Assess damage from water/fire loss and collect proper photos and measurements to document the repairs needed.
- Communicate necessary repairs and scope of work to estimator so that they may prepare an estimate to submit to the insurance company.
- Consistently follow up with both clients and estimators to provide any updates and further documentation as needed.
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls corresponding to your projects.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to inspect or perform necessary repairs after a cost and scope of work has been agreed to.
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
- Manage and control costs of production on projects.
- Fulfill production as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
Position Requirements
- Preferred knowledge of Excel, Word, Xcelerate and any additional software’s applicable to aid with job description
- 1-2 Years’ experience managing construction projects or remodeling projects
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
(e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Sales experience and excellent customer service
