Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve high quality, made to order food and beverage items in a timely manner
- Prepare and stock “grab and go” food and beverage products including warmer snacks, bakery items, and refrigerated products
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of products and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of food service and coffee areas
- Train new FS Associates and delegate work on assigned shift
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 year of prior food service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Ability to communicate and engage in friendly conversations with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Timely arrival & excellent attendance record
