The Role 

We seek a dynamic Social Media Community Manager to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement across various platforms focusing on our Web3 products. This role is pivotal in executing our social media strategies, fostering community interactions, and increasing brand awareness through effective online marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance visibility and engagement with QuickNode’s products.
  • Manage and grow our presence on social platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Warpcast, etc., ensuring active and vibrant communities.
  • Create and maintain a content marketing calendar to streamline and coordinate online campaigns.
  • Build and lead our global community strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Create engaging content, including articles, AMAs, and social media posts, to educate the community about QuickNode and Web3.
  • Organize and host online and offline events to strengthen community ties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with influencers and community leaders to expand our reach and impact.
  • Analyze community feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in our strategy and execution.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Web3/Crypto and related fields to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Develop educational materials such as guides and tutorials to empower users with knowledge about QuickNode’s product suite.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure community needs and company goals are synergistically aligned.

What You'll Bring

  • A deep understanding of and passion for blockchain, Web3, engineering, and SaaS.
  • 2 years of marketing, social, community, and communications experience working within a fast-paced startup environment–preferably SaaS or B2B
  • Proven experience building and scaling campaigns on social media platforms like Discord and Reddit
  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful marketing campaigns with active communities that result in marketing and sales goal achievement
  • Strong ability to develop and integrate campaigns and community roadmap into overall marketing and cross-functional goals 
  • Exception writing, project management, communication, and storytelling skills to help drive internal and external user-first community narrative with every campaign to ensure increased momentum, ease of use, and enhanced user understanding.
