Texas Senior Regional Director
Position Summary:
QuickVisit Urgent Care is looking to hire a Senior Regional Director of Texas. This position will provide overall leadership, day-to-day direction, and management oversight for the regional manager, regional director and, clinical/nonclinical operations for our clinics in Texas. This position will develop and ensure the implementation of the improvement process required for the overall performance and efficiency of our Texas clinics.

Promotes QuickVisit’s core values/ethics, policies/procedures & standards of practice
Collaborates with the Operations Team and Chief Medical Officer to support excellence in the patient care delivery system throughout QuickVisit
Maintains open lines of communication with the Operations Team other QuickVisit Medical personnel, within and between departments—even during periods of heightened stress
Assist with Scheduling
Travel is Expected
Provides details for variances in data (productivity, service, labor, etc.), and develops and carries out an action plan for improvement
Direct contact for day-to-day clinical/nonclinical questions
Ensures compliance with QuickVisit’s policies and procedure
Ensures compliance with State/ Federal regulations and current standards of practice
Maintain good rapport with clinical staff through open communication and through clinical presence. Each clinic is to be visited a minimum of at least twice month
Conduct Interviews with potential new employees
Serve as a role model, provide leadership and demonstrate professionalism.
Serve as a resource by guiding new and current team members to appropriate resource materials and management when appropriate.
Guide and assist new team members in the integration into QV culture and environment.
Monitor time management and productivity of new and current team members.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Assess and evaluate clinic volumes and assist with implementing growth projects through collaboration with the marketing department
Monitor patient reviews and assist with coaching QuickVisit staff members on customer service
Competencies:
Knowledge of electronic medical records (Preferably Experity)
Has the desire to teach and support others and the ability to adjust teaching style to the learning needs of new and current team members to facilitate successful training and mentoring.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of medical office principles, standards, applications and tests.
Knowledge of medical office safety, cleanliness,and infection control policies and regulations.
Knowledge of medical office equipment uses and maintenance.
Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Communication – Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Computer Skills – Proficient ability to use a computer and electronic medical record.
Confidentiality – Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality. Comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified medical staff member
Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal service skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge
Must be a team player and able to work all clinic locations in Texas
Evidence of leadership qualities. 5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
Strong ethical and moral character references
Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication
