About Quikaid:

Quikaid is a Social Security disability representation firm located in St. Petersburg, FL, providing legal service to clients throughout the United States. We are a well-managed company, founded in 1993. We have a fast-paced, exciting and fun work environment!

We are seeking a Document Specialist to join our Document Department team. Our Document Department handles all inbound and outbound documents for the entire company, including printing, scanning, handling mail, processing faxes, medical records, and more.

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm schedule. This is a fully remote position, but you must be a resident of and currently residing in Florida.

The pay for this position starts at $17.00/hr with raises and bonuses given regularly to strong performers. A higher starting pay rate may be considered, and is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset . We also celebrate birthdays ($50 bonus) and work anniversaries ($50 per year you have worked at Quikaid; example, on your 3rd anniversary, you will receive $150!).

- Must be willing to learn new things and to help out where and when needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Electronically sorting documents into claims using Adobe Acrobat
- Sorting voicemails, missed calls and emails for multiple departments
- Filing applications and appeals online
- Adding medical records to claims and sending invoices off to the correct department for payment

Additional Requirements

- Candidates who pass the first interview will be required to complete a skills assessment, background check and a drug test.
