Objectives
The Events Specialist will provide logistical support for all Quility and non- Quility events by executing events around the world. This person will work closely with the client to ensure seamless event execution from setup to recap.
Essential Functions:
Source all agent, corporate, and non-Quility events, by utilizing our sourcing platform Cvent to source events around the world.
Selling to new Clients to acquire new business for Quility LLC Events.
Take lead in planning, organizing, and managing a diverse range of events that range from the following: agent conferences, agent incentives, corporate meetings, corporate incentives, Quility national conferences, religious groups, wedding blocks and other diverse meetings.
Researching properties around the world for the best fit for the client.
Provides clear and comprehensive knowledge to the client during pre, during, and post events.
Pre-planning events by working with the allocated events manger. This can include the itinerary development and management, budget support, accommodations, transportation, ticketing, function space and hospitality lounge, guest reporting and communication management, food & beverage, cultural activities and entertainment, gifting/uniforms and staff interviewing and training.
Collaborate with event team members on problem solving and creative ideas.
Build and nurture relationships with vendors, partners, and external agencies, strategically negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient event operations.
Ability to be onsite to execute the event for the client.
Ability to Travel at least 3 times a month for site inspections and on-site meetings.

Required Education and Experience
At least 2 to 5 years of experience as in event coordination / production.
Bachelors degree preferred
