Objectives

Ensure the PCS agent has all necessary client information to enable the agent’s success and a positive client engagement experience.

Essential Functions

• Access Carrier websites to pull client information
• Manage tasks within Switchboard (Quility Technology)
• Assist agents with client information needs
• Communicate with other PCS team members to facilitate agent needs
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Work Environment
This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may/will fluctuate depending on the need. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
