Position Overview:
As an Expediter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared, plated, and delivered to guests promptly and accurately. You will play a key role in maintaining the flow of service, quality control, and communication between the Culinary and Service teams.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or as an expediter is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both Culinary and Service teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
