Description Transport patients to and from their medical appointments. Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Ability to lift, push, pull and position patients when needed.

Requirements
* Valid Class B License w/ Passenger Endorsement

* Clean MVR (Driving Record)

* Wheelchair Securement and passenger assist experience

* Must possess a MCSA 5875 & 5876 or capable of passing a physical exam

Preferred (but will train)
* CPR/First Aid Certified
* Defensive Driver Certificate
* Wheelchair Securement Certification
