Quinn Company is hiring a Market Development Manager for Crushing Business in Riverside, California.
The Leader of the company's Crushing Business Unit will provide strategic direction and tactical execution with the goal of becoming market leader in the fragmented Southern and Central California crushing industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be strategic and results-oriented with strong business acumen. Candidates should possess exceptional technical crushing expertise and bring a proven track record of success. S/he will have strong knowledge of the industry, profit/loss experience and exceptional relationship building skill.
Specifically, the leader of the Crushing Business Unit will:•Oversee the crushing division and all activities including: business development, growth, market share, financial reporting, and team development.•Build and maintain a strong network of partners (new customers and service partners) to support business growth for both equipment and services.•Partner with Operations Team and to support customer base through the Quinn Territory.•Identify all major project activities and opportunities.•Manage the company crushing business profit/loss statement.•Promote open communication and make sure that Quinn Company continues to be an outstanding place to work for employees at all levels.•Lead the company through crushing business start-up phase and position it for long-term success.
$92,500-$114,988
Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.
Bachelor’s degree preferred 5 Years of Crushing and Screening Equipment end user sales experience and Key Account Management
• Strong background in Stationary Equipment is preferred • Strong Technical knowledge of Processing Equipment • Previous Management experience would be ideal but is not required.
