Position Overview: 

The Director of Marketing is a new position that will focus on developing and leading an integrated marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, revenue, and market share growth.  As the Director of Marketing, you will lead/build a talented team, and orchestrate marketing strategy execution across the entire organization.  We are seeking an experienced senior leader with strong marketing experience, who is comfortable with change, and who excels in collaboration and process development.  The Director of Marketing is a member of the company senior leadership team.

Wages

Starting wage of the Director of Marketing will depend on experience and education. $156,237 - $200,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

iThe Director of Marketing develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

iLead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans, and support of internal business partners.

iUse marketing research and analysis to identify industry/customer trends, insights, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

iCollaborate with internal company divisions to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

iOversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

iDrive brand awareness and recognition through effective messaging, storytelling, and creative campaigns.

iPartner with leaders to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and influence the organization toward data-driven decisions to optimize business results.

iEnsure company awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

iManage company marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective marketing investments.

iBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables.

iWork safely. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications: 

iBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, engineering, business, or related field.

iFifteen years of experience executing consumer marketing strategies.
