The Role
We are currently looking for an energetic, hands-on, and motivated designer to join the Creative Department as a Lead Graphic Designer. This position will be involved in creating high-quality visual assets to support the digital marketing department as well as on-site hospitality venues for events such as the Kentucky Derby, Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, Barrett-Jackson and many others!
Responsibilities
· Email design and development
· Blog & social media asset creation
· Presentation asset creation
· Seating chart creation and management
· Hospitality venue branding plans and asset creation
Preferred but not Required
· Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· Experience with HTML and web design
· Experience with motion graphics or animation
· Experience with photography or photojournalism

Requirements
· Associates degree or higher in graphic design or related field
· Minimum 4 years of experience work experience
· Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, strategic work
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
• Experience with video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Experience with logo design and brand strategy
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
· Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles
· Attention to detail
· Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
· Willing to embrace constructive feedback
· Motivated, able to contribute fresh ideas
