In a crowded staffing industry, our train-to-hire solution stands out and we are on track to double revenues in 2021. On one hand our unique train-to-hire model provides FREE training to high-caliber college grads and the other hand it helps Fortune 500 companies fill positions that they would not otherwise be able to Think of Quintrix as a staffing company, but one where we create our own talent by providing job-centric training.
Mission of the Role:
The core mission of the business development executive is to increase revenue from new customers by educating Talent Acquisition teams and IT Hiring managers of Fortune 500 companies.
Quintrix has an in-house research team that can assist with contact information of potential leads.
Responsibilities :
- The executive will be expected to make cold call, leverage their existing relationships and follow up on leads from marketing activities to build a strategic long term relationship with clients.
- At the moment, customer contact is mainly via phone and email but post-pandemic it will involve high-touch in-person meetings as well.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience selling IT professional services to Directors and c-suite IT executives of Fortune 1000 companies/
- Knowledge of trends in technology skills/
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry
- PowerPoint and Presentation Skills/
- Experience presenting, educating, engaging and closing deals.
