As the K-12 Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students and cultivating a positive school culture. Drawing upon your experience within the Georgia school system, you will provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and unwavering support to our faculty, staff, and students.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing instructional leadership to ensure high academic achievement for all students.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes student engagement.
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective educational programs and initiatives.
  • Utilizing data-driven decision-making to assess student progress and inform instructional practices.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, community members, and district leadership.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field (Specialist preferred).
  • Valid Georgia Educator Certification in Educational Leadership.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a school administrator.
  • Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and staff supervision.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire others to achieve excellence.
