About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated QA Lead with a desire to deliver cutting-edge products for the hospitality industry and beyond.

As a QA Lead, you will be involved throughout the SDLC with a focus on quality assurance. You’ll be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of test automation. We are looking for someone who can write test scenarios/scripts for new requirements and work with developers as they develop code. Additionally, you’ll develop and execute automated and manual regression and feature tests to ensure the software meets requirements. You will also be responsible for defining and driving innovative testing strategies and toolsets into our overall product development processes to improve quality. What you'll be doing:  

• Working as part of cross-functional and agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the product development process from requirements definition to delivery.
• Incorporating quality assurance good practices into the entire customer experience.
• Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams.
• Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases.
• Researching, recommending and implementing tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation.
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team while also generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them. 
• Being meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results.  

What you'll need for this position:  

• At least three years of experience in a software quality assurance test role
• Experience mentoring Scrum teams on quality objectives and testing processes 
• Significant experience in an Agile/Scrum environment 
• Experience with automated test tools such as Selenium, Jest or Supertest.
• An understanding of web applications written with Javascript frameworks, PHP, HTML, and CSS 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred 
• Onsite position only (no remote) 
• Must be eligible to work for any US Employer 
• No Corp-to-Corp will be considered 

And it'd be a bonus if you had:  

• Experience with software quality assurance for external B2B products.
• Experience with mobile testing automation 
• Experience with API testing 
• Understanding of JIRA/Atlassian products 
• Proficient working with MySQL relational databases 
• Testing enterprise applications deployed to cloud environments (AWS)
