As the Senior Events Manager reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all corporate and client-facing events, driving demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and oversee event budgets and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience across all engagements.
Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with business goals, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure that events effectively communicate our value proposition and engage target audiences.
- Budget Management: Own the end-to-end management of event budgets, ensuring a high ROI on each initiative.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and contractors to execute top-tier events.
- Event Operations: Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue selection and contract negotiation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Event Leadership: Lead cross-functional or ad hoc teams of event participants from Quorum and external agencies to deliver seamless event experiences (including marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Business Development Reps).
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for each event and conduct post-event analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong record of managing logistics for booths, vip events, etc. at large tradeshows and conferences.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer engagement tactics.
- Exceptional project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM systems and event management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and event reporting.
- Ability to work successfully in a fully remote environment when not at an event site.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage sales teams on site and guide them through lead capture and generation tactics.
- 7 years of experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred).
- Essential physical requirements include climbing, standing, stooping, lifting, and typing.
- Physical effort/lifting 10-40% of the time lifting up to 50 pounds and rarely lifting or moving more than 50 pounds.
- During events, work weekends, nights, and be on-call.
- Travel requirements 20-40% of the time.

Compensation Structure
- On Target Earnings: $90,000.00 – $107,000.00 (dependent upon base salary)
- Base Salary: $85,000.00 – $102,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
