We are seeking a Senior Designer to help shape the visual and brand identity of this revolutionary connectivity organization. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a leadership team that has a proven track record of driving double-digit growth across multiple businesses. You'll be instrumental in crafting high-quality materials targeted at investors, ensuring that their messaging aligns with the company’s business strategy and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity: Develop and refine the visual and brand identity to support the company’s mission and market presence.
• Creative Strategy: Contribute to a wide range of creative projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
• Investor Materials: Create compelling visual and written content for investor presentations, leveraging your background in private equity (PE), investment banking, venture capital, or Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align creative outputs with business objectives and financial targets.
• Market Growth: Play a pivotal role in the company's scale-up phase, contributing to its projected growth and market expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Design: Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in design, branding, and creative strategy.
• Industry Experience: Background in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or SaaS is highly desirable.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand and align with business strategies and financial goals.
• Creative Vision: A visionary designer who can innovate and push the boundaries of traditional design.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Design, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) in a design or creative role, with a focus on investor relations, financial communications, or corporate branding.
• Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
