Business Development Manager

While these features alone make for a great TMS, brokerages that partner with Quote Factory now have time to focus on the continued growth of their business.

We are looking for motivated and collaborative sales professionals to build our business development team.

The Business Development Manager's primary responsibility will be to identify qualified prospects, conduct discovery to understand needs and schedule demos of Quote Factory's service offerings with decision makers.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise on Quote Factory's platform and service offerings for the independent freight brokerage market
• Daily outbound calls and lead generation for potential new customers
• Build relationships, conduct discovery and understand the needs of qualified prospects
• Consistently meet goals for new lead qualification and opportunity creation
• Collaborative spirit and passionate about bringing independent brokerages tools that facilitate growth

Desired skills and experience

• Transportation / freight brokerage experience
• Previous inside software sales experience is a plus
• Strong sales acumen and hunter mentality
• Proactive, detail oriented and creative
• Strong communication and team-building skills
