The Opportunity

The Associate Sourcing Specialist help manage the daily business of Manufacturing from initial concept to FC.

Reporting to the Sourcing Specialist, responsibilities are to partner with your manager to support the Global Sourcing organization;

ensure the ability to meet customer demands by offering the highest quality product, on time, at the best value possible.

Your Impact

• Oversee the daily operations; focus on areas of production from Initial Concept to delivery to DC.
• Work with manager to facilitate the sourcing strategy and factory allocation plan.
• Oversee weekly production status to ensure compliance with calendar schedule and on time delivery.
• Partner with manager to support Design, Technical Design and Buying team members to ensure seamless development processes are in place and maintained.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Product Design)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in apparel merchandising and product creation

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
