Role Overview
Qwick’s Sales Data Analyst will be instrumental to our fast growth and market expansion plans supporting functions essential to sales force productivity. Key responsibilities and contributions will include supporting our sales, account management, and partnership teams while maintaining sales and business retention processes to enable our teams. This will include reporting and data visualization, process optimization, and managing the flow of data in and out of our demand technology stack.
You will deliver analytics which will allow us to make informed decisions across our markets, based on data. Additional responsibilities include managing and administering software platforms, ownership and optimization of the current sales prospecting process, and working cross functionally among multiple departments helping to drive and evolve our Demand strategy.

- Working in databases to support all sales and account management teams and provide visibility into data analytics through reports and dashboards that display KPIs and other important metrics
- Analyzing sales and financial data quantitative and qualitatively to help drive important business strategy and decision making.
- Evaluating new tools to improve the current sales tech stack.
- Executing advanced data analytics projects for all levels of the organization including sales leadership and the executive team.
- Managing the flow of data between complex systems via API/ETL solutions.
- Working cross functionally with all departments on sales related projects
- Aiding in the implementation of new technologies as needed to support sales teams.
- Working in a fast-paced, transparent, and feedback driven environment that is constantly looking to improve
Requirements and qualifications
- BS Degree and 2 years of experience in a data analyst or sales operations role preferably in a tech or startup environment
- Solid SQL knowledge and CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Python Experience a plus
- API/ETL Experience a plus
- Excel proficiency
- Data Visualization Tool experience
- Eagerness and proven background in learning new tools/technologies
- Creative ideas for problem solving
- Tech savvy (This is a technology marketplace)
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Hospitality, F&B, and staffing experience a plus
- Phoenix or Chicago preferred
