- Strategically outlining the team organization chart and facilitating hiring practices and onboarding

- Working cross-functionally with all business functions to execute and deploy marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a strategic team leader in a VP of Brand Marketing position or equivalent
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer obsession
- Experience building a brand marketing strategy from scratch with a startup or a company experiencing hyper-growth
- Extreme attention to detail, perfection in all aspects of written and verbal communication
- Experience working cross-functionally with numerous business functions
- Understand how to effectively drive value between brand and marketing to best drive business impact
- Possess a creative mindset that is oriented towards solving problems in original and unconventional ways
