This role will be hybrid, with 3 days a week in the Houston office.

Position Summary
As a Human Resource Recruiter, your duties include to plan and source candidates. You should build a strong employer brand for our company.
- Collaborate with department managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Post and advertise open positions.
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities. Maintain personal networks and professional publications.
- Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for the hiring manager to interview.
- Assist with the interview process. Attend interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work with HR to onboard and integrate new employees and to assist in retaining new employees.
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks
- Work with the HR team to promote our values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· At least 4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly from either Agency or HR recruiting

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
