Job Description

R'Club Child Care, Inc. has a reputation of providing high quality environments for before and after care for school age/middle school children. We have openings for part time positions at Lealman Elementary. Group Leaders are responsible for providing direct supervision and care for a group of children. Our staff assist in planning and implementing age appropriate activities and practices and ensures the safety and well being of the children as well as providing a model of high quality.

This position requires direct supervision and care for a group of children with emphasis on safety and accountability. Position requires good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills. Requires passing of DCF criminal background screening and pass pre-employment drug screening.

Requires ability to work Monday through Friday and may require work beyond scheduled time, be punctual and reliable, can be reached via telephone, have reliable transportation and be able to take direction. Must adhere to the procedures for reporting child abuse.

R'Club Child Care, Inc. offers part time staff a comprehensive benefits package to include continuing education for those staff wanting to further their education in Early Childhood Education.
