What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at R Construction Civil LLC?
Assistant Project Coordinator needed for small construction office.
Fast Paced, puntuality and attendance a must.
Duties include but not limited to:
Preparing Purchase Orders
Entering and Updating 811 Tickets
Assisting with Pulling Permits
Creating Job Folders
Procuring and Tracking Water Meters and Other Small Tools
Additional Items as directed.
Priority will be given to candidates with construciton experience.
Must be very good with computers, office, excel, email, outlook - we do not have time to train on these programs.
We use Heavy Bid and Vista - Experience preferred but not needed - we will train on these programs.
