We are currently seeking a full time Bi-lingual (German/English) Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our Communications & Marketing team full-time in Atlanta, Georgia. Your primary responsibility will be to execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to our marketing department in the overall vision, planning, production, and managing of a variety of marketing projects that promote our position in a highly competitive industry. We are looking for someone who has already gained some hands-on experience during relevant internships and jobs.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and refine strategies for (digital) content and marketing campaigns across owned and earned social channels, including, but not limited to posts, status updates, photos, and videos to drive consistent, relevant traffic and engagement
  • Assist with the development, execution and administration of marketing programs and projects assigned by the Marketing Manager
  • Identify and implement new marketing and client development initiatives
  • Conduct research on identified new business targets and produce reports on findings
  • Write, copy edit, proofread, and maintain marketing deliverables (e.g. – collateral, internal and external web pages, brochures, and presentations)
  • Creation of digital graphics and design / layout of materials
  • Develop and update company presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign etc. (e.g. – new and existing templates)
  • Organization of industry related conferences, and events
  • Perform duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, monitoring industry trends and best practices

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (minimum 3.0 GPA) or appropriate internship
  • 0 -5 years of experience in marketing (experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred)
  • Your native language is German or full professional proficiency required
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with website backend solutions and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with web-based CMS and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics a plus)
  • Experience with SharePoint and WordPress, and Sugar CRM.
