R.H. Batterman and Co., Inc. (Batterman) is adding to our Civil Engineering Team due to expanding markets, planned company growth and the implementation of our company strategic plan. We are an established multi-disciplined firm with a long history as a leader in the Civil Engineering and Survey Professions. Position Description - Civil Engineering Project Manager
As a part of our growing civil engineering team you will take the lead in design and/or construction management of various transportation, land/site development, infrastructure, and facility improvement projects.
To be considered for this position you will need the following basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with emphasis in Civil Engineering
- PE license or the ability to obtain within one year of hire date
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience in Municipal, site development, grading, drainage, storm water and related permitting in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
- Project Management experience is required
- Experience in Business Development and client interaction is a plus
- The ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication and computer skills
- Experience with relative computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
This position will require collaboration with other team disciplines including Land Surveying, Planning and Construction Management to maintain project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
