What are the responsibilities and job description for the Piper position at R.H. White Construction?
Position Summary:
Layouts, fabricate, assemble, and install piping for underground/above ground electric, telecommunications, water, or natural gas. Perform necessary piping and laboring functions in support of Utility construction crew.
Hiring Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1 years of previous general labor construction experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Ability to pass appropriate written tasks and associated Operator Qualification tests: pipe joining, manual and electro fusion.
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
