We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer support career in a versatile role with broad responsibilities across all company functions to assure customer satisfaction, support sales opportunities, provide operations support, and execute internal projects and process improvements.
· Provide overall customer support; respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and enter orders
· Schedule and expedite product to meet customer need
· Review customer contracts to ensure quality and accuracy
· Assist with coordination of sales opportunities and customer product selection
· Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Yard Workers for delivery activities and inventory availability
· Handle or escalate sensitive customer issues as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum two years’ customer service, client support, or warehouse administrative experience preferred
· Team player with a strong ability to communicate and establish a phone rapport with customers
· Business acumen, analytical skills, strong organizational ability, and an excellent attention to detail
· Exemplify professionalism and initiative, with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, ERP or CRM experience a plus
