R&K supports the Air Combat Command (ACC) staff in its Cyberspace superiority and lead command functions.
The R&K Team is seeking a highly qualified Cyberspace professional with Weapons and Tactics (WEPTAC) experience.
Title: Program Analyst – Operations Support to ACC Staff
Location: ACC/A3TW, Langley AFB, VA
Duration: Permanent/ Full-Time
Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Start Date: Upon Approval
Duties: The successful candidate s duties may include:
1. Support cyberspace operations, training, exercises, and conferences, including but not limited to Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC), Weapons School, and flag events.
2. Assist ACC in its role as lead interface with the intelligence community on policy impacting warfighting requirements and operations.
3. Assist with formalizing, developing, coordinating, and maintaining non-kinetic targeting, and training requirements and frameworks.
4. Review and recommend updates to Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM).
5. Review and recommend updates to Attack Sensing and Warning (AS&W) and Indications and Warning (I&W) TTPs.
6. Support Sensitive Activities Management Office (SAMO).
7. Support ACC base communications and cyberspace operations, to include but not limited to Spectrum Management, and Land Mobile Radios.
8. Support cyberspace squadron initiative development and execution.
9. Support Cybersecurity Defense Service Provider (CDSP).
10. Support MAJCOM Communication Coordination Center (MCCC) roles and responsibilities.
11. Support Cyberspace, Cyberspace Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Cyberspace Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CS&R) Standards/Evaluations.
12. Support, develop, and coordinate cyberspace weapons instructor billet management processes, products, and taskings.
13. Support HQ Crisis Action Team in support of (ISO) real/exercise cyberspace events and Emergency Action Messages.
14. Support cyberspace operations integration.
15. Support ACC Cross Domain Solutions processing.
16. Process Operational Report (OPREP)-3/Commander s Critical Info Requirement (CCIRs) Reports.
17. Support and execute COMACC S Commander Air Force Forces roles and responsibilities, and Cyberspace operations throughout the DoD.
18. Assist Functional Managers, Program Managers, and weapon system FAMs.
19. Support the development, and employment of Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities.
20. Support the development of cyberspace range policy/sustainment and integration into Department of Defense training ranges.
21. Support the development of cyberspace academic training, and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies, and providing recommended solutions.
22. Support the development, and management of ACC s Organize, Train, and Equip functions.
23. Support resource management of Cyberspace capabilities and sustainment.
24. Support GFM activities by reviewing, coordinating, and preparing SORTS and DRRS reports, development and management of UTCs, DOC statements, METS, GFMAP and associated DEPORDs, and other GFM activities as required.
25. Support the development, coordination, and preparation of Cyberspace staff taskings, CONOPs, CONEMPs, Enabling concepts, Roadmaps, Contingency Plans, and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA): Candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. Required Secret Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
2. Knowledge of a full range of USG cyberspace operations principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements.
3. Ability to perform tasks as outlined in the Duties section above.
4. Minimum of one (1) year experience in network security/network management, and/or experience supporting USG offensive/defensive combat operations
