Partner Relations CSR, $42,640 yearly

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 930am - 6pm/8am -6pm

R L Carriers has immediate openings for a Customer Service Representative for the Transborder/Partner Relations Department at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. The Customer Service Representative will provide Customer Service to our internal, and external customers. The selected candidate will provide updated tracing information, scheduling customer pickups, as well as assisting customers with freight movement across the border, and custom clearance inquiries. The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires organizational and multi-tasking skills. They will assist customers via telephone/email, completing daily reports using Microsoft Excel/Word. All communication with customers will be updated using internal applications.

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication/Telephone Skills
  • Motivated
  • Computer and keyboard literate
  • Data entry skills 30 WPM
  • General office and customer service experience
  • Transportation knowledge a plus
