Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving / Material Handler Associate to join our Warehouse Team. The candidate for this position must be an action-oriented hands-on individual that is driven, organized, and a good problem solver. This person will be involved in the various functions within the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, labeling, unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders, assisting with organizing and, safety. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed to operate a forklift, available to work overtime hours during the busier times of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Assists in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Works closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat, work area.
- Promptly loads and unloads trucks and deliveries to make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods

Requirements:
- 2 years of related work experience
- Must have high school education or equivalent
- Must have computer skills to ship/receive products and have online experience preparing for UPS and Federal Express shipments
- Must have clean California driver’s license to support with deliveries of product
- Will perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Provides support on maintaining a stockroom
- Supports with monthly/quarterly inventory counts
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- SAP experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
