What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator/Assistant position at R&R Care Solutions?
Able candidates who apply must be able to coordinate complex scheduling for client care with care givers on staff. Additional administrative work is necessary to track and maintain details surrounding shift requirements, caregiver availabilities, and company policies as directed by the office manager. You will also assist the office manager with administration duties, coordinating events and marketing efforts, and maintaining day to day operations.

All in-building work performed within 6 ft of others must be done so with masks worn. Caregivers and clients very rarely need to conduct business at the main office.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
