Job - RN Hospice
Location - 221 NE Glen Oak Ave, Peoria, IL 61636
Shift - 8 HR days M-F 8a-4:30p, traveling within 35 miles of facility
On Call Requirements: Every other weekend, 4:30p F- 11:59 Saturday
Duration - 13 weeks (extendable)
REQUIREMENTS
- Carle will not consider your candidate if their permanent address resides within 60 miles
- Fully vaccinated travelers required ; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request
- EMR - EPIC
- 2 year outpatient Hospice experience, 2 year med surg experience
- Previous travel preferred
- BLS (AHA)
- IL license required
