Retail Business Specialist – Eastern PA / Northern NJ

Responsibilities of a Retail Business Specialist:
- Driving business sales within your assigned geography and retail locations, both directly through your individual selling and indirectly through store team development.
- Partner with Area / District Managers and employees in assigned stores to grow business sales knowledge and lead generation skills, with priority being underperforming locations.
- Business sales prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting and sales lead funnel management.
- Serve as day-to-day liaison between Verizon I2B team and R Wireless store employees.
- Business sales subject matter expert that assigned your stores can reach out for assistance / training for business solutions selling, rate plans, promotions, systems and deployments.
- Identify and re-establish relationships with any existing R Wireless business customers in efforts to grow their accounts.
- Provide best-in-class customer service to R Wireless business customers.
- Meet or exceed sales assigned objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of prior business sales experience (inbound or outbound) prior wireless, cable or telecom business sales a plus.
- Ability to uncover client needs and develop business solutions to meet those needs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Outbound prospecting both cold and warm calling.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores and client meetings.
- Regional travel – 50% or greater.
- Participation in regional business organizations for the purpose of business-to-business networking.
Compensation:
- $60 - $85k salary / commission / bonus
