D4M International is seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect to support the product implementation by our global Pharma client. This could be either a full-time position or contract, depending your experience and interest in D4M. This role would be a remote work set-up supporting the global operations of our client. You can live anywhere (ideally North America or Europe) but must be prepared for some business travel.
In this role you will work closely with our client to troubleshoot their implementation and then develop the roadmap to resolve their supply-chain challenges, using Kinaxis RapidResponse, as well as providing guidance to ensure that Kinaxis meets all the client’s requirements. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:
- develop creative solutions to complex business problems while ensuring best practices are maintained;
- Guide and mentor the project delivery team and drive for client participation in the design and architecture of the solution;
- Lead Design Workshops and facilitate business process design and development, leveraging the capabilities of Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities and resolve any design challenges to the solution;
- Be the SME and provide a high level of customer service to client while representing the interests of D4M in further solution development by advocating the value of Kinaxis RapidResponse and our implementation methodology;
As a member of our Delivery Team, you have a strong understanding of client’s business needs and you can provide advice and solutions to address those needs. Your background in Supply Chain services delivery is exceptional and your industry experience, ideally, includes work the Pharma/Life Sciences space. Other skills/experiences that would be an asset in this role include:
- Experience leading multiple projects and teams in complex supply-chain delivery projects, through all stages of the project life-cycle;
- Well developed skills and experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse;
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in business consulting and technology enabled transformation programs;
- Good experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level stake-holders;
- In depth knowledge and experience in functional supply chain capabilities such as ERP/MRP, APS, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufacturers;
- Experience in SAP (ECC and/or S/4Hana) implementation would be an asset;
- Deep understanding of all phases of the solution development lifecycle, including business requirements definition, functional specifications, test plan development and implementation, user training, and deployment
- Post-secondary degree in a related discipline or equivalent job experience.
