Company DescriptionWhat can we offer:-A great compensation package which includes Base Salary between $35,000 -$40,000 Benefits-We are committed to diversity and especially encourage members of underrepresented communities to apply.Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:-Accurately enter orders for all customers.-Polite and timely response to a heavy volume of customer phone calls, voicemails and e-mails.-Complete customer care follow through to resolve outstanding issues-Resolution of complaints to customer satisfaction.-Collaborates with other departments to efficiently resolve outstanding matters.-Communicates with customers regarding their orders, which may involve investigation of prior   paperwork and e-mails.QualificationsWe'd love to hear from you, if:-You've an excellent communicator.-You've detail oriented and takes ownership-You've more than 3 years of experience in Customer Service and order processing.-You've experience with consumer products companies and retail customers.-You've good knowledge in photography or digital imaging.Additional InformationI love talking to passionate people.
