Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Develop and configure Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automation to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, and approval processes within Salesforce.
- Optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Implement and manage Salesforce security, including user permissions, profiles, and roles.
- Conduct unit testing, resolve defects, and ensure the quality of solutions through rigorous testing.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, ensuring the team leverages the latest innovations.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce release management and version control.
- Experience working with Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience in multi-tiered release environments and managing code releases in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, manufacturing, or healthcare industries is desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
