Raba Kistner is seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. The Administrative Assistant is under immediate supervision and will assists in typing and editing CoMET Field and Lab reports. Other responsibilities include:
- Save Field and Lab Reports.
- Type and Edit Field and Lab Reports.
- Upload reports to client portals.
- Crosscheck laboratory test results.
- Reach out to Field Techs for missing report information.
- Work as an assistant to CoMET Group.
- Scan, upload and file Lab Calibration documents to RKIS.
- Scan, upload and file Techs Certs to RKIS.
- Perform receptionist back up duties as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.).
Good oral and written communications skills and working knowledge of database administration. Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) and 10 key calculator. Minimum typing speed 55 wpm.
