Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Maintain customer records, payment receipts, collections and monthly reconciliation.
• Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, vendor records, accurate expense review and disclosure, timely payments and vendor statements with monthly reconciliation
• Monthly sales/use tax reporting/remittance
• Annual preparation of 1099’s
• Multi Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
• Maintain required financial and business-related retention files.
• Fixed assets — Maintain fixed asset ledger and record related depreciation.
• Prepare Internal Accrual and Cash Basis Financial Statements — monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, review input accuracy, journal entries as needed and other related duties as may be requested

Requirements:

• Education: Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software, as well as in Microsoft Office and related Windows technologies and skills. Knowledge of both accrual and cash-based financial reporting.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping, as well as experience in Human Resource duties
• Task Skills: Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, highly organized, detail oriented and able to complete tasks accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills that contribute to ensure consistently seamless and efficient execution of duties and responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers as an effective team player, always keeping in mind and adhering to strict online etiquette.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45K - $50K annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications
