OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for providing technical solutions to business problems by creating and maintaining applications that use the Genesys Cloud platform, APIs, and integration capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops solutions to address complex business issues and meet project specifications using the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Technical Leads to develop flows and technical design for Genesys solutions.
• Performs bug fixes, maintenance, and enhancements of existing Genesys solutions and integrations.
• Verifies that code is written according to specification through code review and execution of test plans.
• Creates and maintains documentation as requested.
• Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified.

REQUIREMENTS

CERTIFICATIONS: Genesys Cloud CX: Certified Developer Certification preferred

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong hands-on experience as a developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys Cloud (Pure Cloud) platform and integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM Solutions (Like Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Hands-on experience in Genesys Pure Cloud platform and its capabilities including (but not limited to) Genesys Designer, Call Flow, Queuing / Routing, Conversational flows using Genesys Cloud Architecture.
• Strong software development experience including .NET Framework 3.5 and later, web technologies, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, aptitude and desire for learning, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
