The Office Administrator is responsible for customer service, coordinating and organizing the service shop to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as helping with various accounting functions.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service – of all customers and phone calls
2. Administrative support for Technicians
3. Sending /receiving depot repairs & warranty equipment
4. Starting incidents in resource management system
5. Preparing invoicing
6. Ordering parts/equipment from Purchasing
7. Receiving equipment on POs and allocation to Sales orders
8. UPS - packing and shipping
9. Maintain and organize equipment and inventory
10. Various other accounting functions as needed
Skills Necessary:
1. Microsoft Office proficient
2. Accounting - AA degree is a plus
3. Committed to serving customers
4. Detail-oriented
5. Analytical and problem solving skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Very effective organizational skills
8. Time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
