About the role
We're looking for a Director of IT to build our IT team, and help refine and scale our IT infrastructure as we continue to grow.
You will report to our Chief Technology Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a Lead IT Administrator and grow the IT team to support us as we scale the company from 50 to 100 employees in 2022
- Solicit feedback from senior leaders across the company and synthesize IT solutions, including company wide communication and rollout plans
- Define scalable IT processes that support the onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day efficiency of Radar employees.
- Be responsible for the SOC 2 compliance of the IT infrastructure; participate in annual SOC 2 audits and ongoing compliance activities.
- Oversee the IT infrastructure of our hybrid workforce located remotely across the US and in-person in our NYC HQ
- Manage employee macOS laptop assets, including implementing secure best practices for:
- MDM through JAMF Pro
- Hardening of devices leveraging CIS Apple macOS hardening guidelines using JAMF Policies, configuration profiles, and bash scripts
- Vulnerability management program of employee endpoints, including manual and automated patching.
- Anti-virus and malware management program on employee endpoints.
- Logging system events to a SIEM using AlienVault
- Manage physical office security including employee access, visitor registration, and security camera deployment
- Manage Zoom AV telephony and video conference technology deployed in conference rooms
- Maintain wired and wireless connectivity in Radar HQ
- Contribute to Security Awareness Training program for employees
You have:
- 3 years leading high performance IT teams
- Proficiency in JAMF and macOS environments
