The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the Team, and creating an upbeat and energetic vibe for our automotive accessory retail Store. Also, the Assistant Store Manager ensures relationships with our Guests are thriving and lasting, with high Guest satisfaction!
- An embodied passion for and professionalism about working in the Automotive industry!
- Exhibits strong leadership presence, as a self-starter and Team Player with a great attitude!
- Leads the Team in selling exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides!
- Creates experiences in the store where our Guests receive outstanding service, find a friendly environment and is communicated with properly and effectively so they become BUYERS and repeat Guests for years to come!
- Works with the Store Manager on hiring, compensation, training, promotion and development of sales and installation Teams!
- Works with the Store Manager to establish and monitor store work schedules and Team Member issues to effectively manage payroll and expenses!
- Prior automotive experience is a plus, but is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow!
