Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent level of education, training and work experience.
Job Summary
The IT Applications Analyst will work within the Enterprise Systems teams to maintain IT systems and data flows that support the application, enrollment and student success processes for traditional and online students in all programs. This position will be responsible for assisting with the development, validation, analysis, reporting and support of data in the Banner student information system, the Slate customer relationship management system and other related systems and integration platforms. Position will take initiative and utilize modern technologies and tools for the mapping of data; setting up appropriate tables; creating new queries and reports, processing of the various jobs, integration of data sources and the knowledge transfer for other staff on various modules. Provide assistance with other projects as part of the Web and Enterprise Systems teams.
Required Qualifications
Ability to analyze business needs and implement those requirements within new and changing IT systems. Demonstrated ability to coordinate technology projects to successfully meet business goals and objectives. Experience managing complex, interrelated IT systems and proficiency with modern application technology and tools. Experience mapping data, setting up database tables, creating new queries and reports. Strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, team focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference given for experience with Slate CRM , Ellucian Banner Student, Oracle, SQL , Constituo or other Integrations platforms, and Campus CE. Experience or training in Groovy, Grails, Java or JavaScript.
